Yes, you can make and receive unlimited phone calls and send/receive unlimited SMS using KrispCall’s cloud telephony service. However, these communication charges will not be covered by the subscription package and you’ll be charged in a per minute (for phone calls) and per SMS (for SMS) basis.

In case you have already paid for the service but would like to opt-out using it, you can terminate your subscription plan. And while cancelling your KrispCall subscription plan, there won’t be any complications. We guarantee you a full refund on whatever plan you had chosen.

Our Refund or Money-Back Guarantee policy is valid only if you unsubscribe within 14 days of purchase. You need to contact KrispCall’s support team and notify us about terminating your contract. Once we are notified, we will cancel your subscription and refund the service charges as soon as possible.

We accept the following payment options:

It depends on the package you have chosen.

For our Essential Plan, you will need to pay $15 per agent that you have added.

You can add only five agents if you are subscribed to our Essential Plan. You can upgrade to our Standard and Essential plans if you need more than five agents in your workspace.

For our Standard plan, you will need to pay $40 per agent added.

For our Enterprise plan, there is no rate scheme while adding an extra agent. You will need to talk to our sales team and negotiate about the pricing. Depending on the number of agents you would like to add, we will manage the package at a reasonable price.

You can add any number of agents with our Standard and Enterprise plan. But note that only admins are allowed to add members to the workspace. The agents will get full access to all the features of the respective plans.

After canceling the subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Data and associated numbers will no longer be accessible after that.

After the current billing period, you won’t be able to access any of the features in our software. Also, you will lose the contact details of all of your connections as well as recorded conversations and text messages.

You will receive an invoice in your email each time:

– You add a new member to your workspace
– Purchase a new number
– Add credit to your account

If you are interested in viewing these expense reports from the KrispCall App, you can go and check out from Settings > Billing & Plans > Receipts. You can also download your expenditure report using the download button alongside the respective receipt. However, this feature is available only to the admins.

We have a soft spot for non-profit organizations, so we provide discounts on our services whenever they subscribe to us. But to confirm that the organization is genuinely non-profit, we will ask for some documents beforehand.
