For the referrer
- Be an active KrispCall customer in good standing.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Share your unique referral link personally.
- No self-referrals, spam, bots, or automated referrals.
For the referred customer
- Be new to KrispCall, with no prior account or usage.
- Sign up through the referrer’s unique referral link.
- Purchase an eligible paid plan.
- Stay active and paid for 3 monthly billing cycles, or 90 days on an annual plan.
- Referrals with refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity won’t qualify for credit.
Both sides must meet these requirements before the referral qualifies for credit.
The amount depends on your plan and billing cycle. Check the reward cards above for Essential and Standard, or use the calculator for Enterprise. You and the referred customer receive the same credit amount.
If the referred customer’s bill decreases during the final two months of the referral period, the reward is calculated using the lower bill.
