KrispCall x Pipedream

To connect Pipedream with KrispCall, log into your KrispCall account, navigate to Settings > App Settings > Integrations, and click the “Connect” button under Pipedream. You’ll then be prompted to log in or sign up for your Pipedream account.  After that, log in to your Pipedream account with the correct credentials.

Connecting KrispCall and Pipedream helps you automate tasks.  It saves you time by handling things like sending welcome messages, logging voicemails, and sending notifications automatically.  This keeps your data consistent across different apps and lets you create custom workflows to fit your needs, making you more efficient and productive.

With KrispCall and Pipedream integration, you can automate various tasks. For example, when a new contact is added to KrispCall, you can automatically add them to your CRM, send a welcome email, or subscribe them to a mailing list. 

Further,  you can also automatically send SMS messages from KrispCall, such as appointment reminders or order confirmations, based on events in other applications.  Finally, the integration can keep your KrispCall contacts synchronized with other apps, automatically adding or deleting contacts in KrispCall when changes are made elsewhere.

The available trigger events for KrispCall in Pipedream include:

• New Contact: Triggers when a new contact is created in KrispCall.
• New SMS/MMS: Triggers when a new SMS/MMS message is received in KrispCall.
• New Voicemail: Triggers when a new voicemail is received in KrispCall.
