Integrate Affinity with With KrispCall Easily with Our Guide
Log in to KrispCall
Sign in to your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings.
Go to Integrations
Under App Settings, click Integrations, then select Marketplace to view all available tools and CRMs.
Find Affinity
Search for Affinity in the integrations list, then click it to open the integration page.
Add to KrispCall
Click Add to KrispCall. A pop-up will appear asking for your API Key and email address.
Generate Your Affinity API Key
Log in to Affinity and go to Settings, then Manage Apps. Click New App, enter an app name and description, and click Add App. Copy the generated API key.
Complete the Integration
Paste your API key and email into the KrispCall pop-up, then click Connect. Once confirmed, Affinity will appear under your Active Integrations, and both platforms will be ready to use.

Affinity is a CRM built for the private capital industry, including private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and asset management. It helps deal teams source opportunities, manage relationships, and track pipeline activity using relationship intelligence and automated data capture.
Yes. Once the KrispCall integration is set up, install the KrispCall browser extension to enable Click-to-Call inside Affinity. Click the dialer icon next to any contact to launch a call instantly. The contact number is auto-populated, so no manual dialing is required.
Yes. All inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, and SMS messages sync automatically to the correct contact in Affinity. Call logs include timestamps, duration, and outcome. SMS messages are synced as notes. No manual updates are needed.
The integration supports both one-way and two-way contact sync. One-way sync pushes contacts created in KrispCall to Affinity. Two-way sync keeps both platforms aligned, including existing contacts at setup.
New numbers added to KrispCall after integration are not synced automatically. You will need to manually add them under Connected Numbers in your integration settings to ensure that calls and SMS from those numbers are logged correctly in Affinity.
Yes. Admins and owners can manage member integration settings individually. Each member’s settings are independent, and changes made by one user do not affect others. Multiple Affinity accounts can also be connected to a single KrispCall workspace, each with its own distinct settings.
