Send & Receive SMS for Fast Updates
Send and receive SMS directly inside BoldDesk through KrispCall’s built-in messaging features. Agents can deliver quick reminders, confirmations, ticket updates, or instructions without switching between tools. Every SMS syncs automatically to the correct ticket, keeping all conversations organized and easy for the team to follow.
You can send SMS instantly using the KrispCall Chrome extension. Simply click the dialer icon beside any customer’s phone number and choose between “Call” or “SMS.” Selecting “SMS” will open the messaging screen where you can type your message and hit send.
Access Call Recordings & Voicemails in Tickets
Every call recording and voicemail is automatically attached to the customer’s ticket or contact profile. Teams can review past conversations for training, escalations, or resolving misunderstandings. Managers get a complete view of all interactions, helping them monitor quality and strengthen customer service standards.

Integrate BoldDesk with KrispCall Easily with Our Guide
Sign in to KrispCall
Log in to your KrispCall account to begin the BoldDesk integration setup.
Navigate to Integration Settings
Go to Settings and scroll to App Settings. Click on Integrations to view all available CRM and automation tools.
Select and Connect BoldDesk to KrispCall
In the integrations list, search for BoldDesk and click Connect. A pop-up window will appear asking for your BoldDesk URL and API credentials.
Access Required BoldDesk Credentials
Open your BoldDesk account, go to Profile > API Keys, and create a new API Key. Copy it immediately. Then configure the Webhook from BoldDesk settings by adding your KrispCall callback URL, selecting the right module, events, and headers.
Customize Integration Settings
After entering the API Key and BoldDesk URL in KrispCall, click Connect Now. You can now fine-tune sync preferences, call log settings, notes sync, and workflow automation from the integration panel.

You can enable two-way contact sync so contacts created or updated in either platform appear on the other. One-way sync is also available if you prefer limited syncing.
Yes. You must generate a unique API key inside BoldDesk and paste it into KrispCall during setup. This API key also needs to match the one used in your webhook configuration.
Yes. If the Notes Logging toggle is turned on, any note added or edited during a call or from the conversation box in KrispCall automatically syncs to BoldDesk.
