Yes. Once the integration is set up, KrispCall’s dialer and messaging features are available directly inside Zoho Recruit. There is no need to switch between platforms or open separate applications.
The integration supports both one-way and two-way contact sync. One-way sync pushes contacts created in KrispCall into Zoho Recruit. Two-way sync also pulls existing Zoho Recruit contacts into KrispCall and keeps both sides updated in real time. Duplicate contacts are not carried over.
Yes, all call recordings will sync to Zoho Recruit. When you enable auto-record in KrispCall, recordings will automatically sync to the corresponding candidate profile in Zoho Recruit, along with the call log.
New numbers added to KrispCall after the integration is complete need to be manually added under Connected Numbers settings to ensure calls and SMS from those numbers sync correctly to Zoho Recruit.
Yes, this integration supports multiple users and team structures. Each recruiter can work from their own KrispCall credentials within Ashby, and all activity is tracked individually. Admins can manage permissions and assign numbers across different team members or departments.
