Integrate Bigin With KrispCall Easily With Our Guide
Sign in to KrispCall
Log in to your KrispCall account to begin the integration process with Bigin.
Navigate to Integration Settings
Within the Settings menu, find the Integration option located under App Settings and click on it.
Choose & Link Your Bigin Account to KrispCall
Select the Bigin account you wish to integrate and toggle the switch to enable the integration with KrispCall.
Access Integration Settings
Click the three-dot icon next to Bigin and choose "Edit" to set up the integration.
Customize Integration Settings
Modify the general workflow, connected numbers, and advanced options as necessary for optimal performance.
