Step-by-Step Guide to Integrate Odoo Contacts with KrispCall
Log in to the KrispCall account
Log in to your KrispCall account and go to the Settings menu.
Navigate to Integrations
Click on Integrations situated under App Settings. Search for Odoo among other available options.
Integrate Odoo Contacts with Krispcall
To integrate, click on the Connect button below Odoo. A pop-up button will appear asking for your API key, database name, and email.
Enable the integration
After entering all the necessary details, click on the Connect Now button. You will receive a message indicating successful integration, and Odoo will be displayed under active integrations.
