Sign in to KrispCall
Access your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings to begin the integration.
Open the Integration Menu and select Integrately
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations under App Settings to continue and find Integrately in the list for integration.
Confirm Integrately Integration
After clicking, Integrately will be successfully integrated with your KrispCall account.
Manage Integrately Integration
Use the toggle button in the integration window to turn Integrately on or off.

You can connect KrispCall to Integrately by logging into your KrispCall account, navigating to Settings > App Settings > Integrations, and clicking the “Connect” button under Integrately. You’ll then be prompted to log in or sign up for your Integrately account. After connecting, you can create automations within Integrately. Remember, you’ll need your KrispCall API Key and Secret Key to complete the connection.
Your KrispCall API Key and Secret Key are located within your KrispCall account settings. Go to Settings, and if your account is on a paid plan and KYC verified, you’ll see a “Developer” option. Clicking on this will reveal your API Key and Secret Key. You can copy them from there.
Currently, Integrately supports the following trigger events for KrispCall: New Contact, New SMS/MMS, and New Voicemail (Note: Voicemail trigger is coming soon). These triggers initiate automations in Integrately when the corresponding event occurs in KrispCall.
Integrately supports the following action events for KrispCall: Add Contact, Delete Contacts, Send MMS (with size and URL restrictions), and Send SMS. These actions allow you to control KrispCall functionalities from other applications via Integrately automations.
