Sign in to KrispCall
Go to your KrispCall account and head to “Settings.”
Navigate to Integrations
Under App Settings, click on “ Integrations” and search for Zoho Desk from all available CRM options.
Integrate Zoho Desk with KrispCall
Click on the “Connect” button below Zoho Desk. A pop-up window will appear asking for your permission to access certain information. Click “Accept” or “Reject” based on your needs.
Complete the Setup
Click on the “Accept” button. A confirmation message will appear, and Zoho Desk will now be displayed under active integrations.
