Sign in to KrispCall
Access your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings to begin the integration.
Open the Integration Menu and Select Gorgias
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations under App Settings to continue and find Gorgias in the list for integration.
Enter Gorgias Domain
After clicking the connect button, a pop box will appear asking for Gorgias domain.
Enable Gorgias Integration Features
Click the Toggle button below Gorgias in KrispCall to activate and use the integration features.
