Integrate Freshsales With KrispCall Easily With Our Guide
Sign in to KrispCall
Access your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings to begin the integration.
Open the Integration Menu and select Freshsales
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations under App Settings to continue and find Freshsales in the list for integration.
Enter Freshsales Credentials
A pop-up will prompt you to enter your Freshsales URL, API token, and email ID.
Retrieve Your FreshsalesAPI Key
Log in to Freshsales, go to Profile > Settings > API Settings, and copy your API token.
Complete the Integration Setup
Paste the URL and API token into the required fields, then click Submit to finalize integration.
