Submit Your Port Request

Every KrispCall plan offers number porting. Subscribe to one plan and email porting@krispcall.com with your number(s) in international format, a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA), your current provider's name, a recent bill, and other required documents. Note: Don't cancel your current plan till it’s fully ported.

We Review Your Documents

Our team verifies your submission and confirms eligibility within 1 business day. We'll reach out directly if anything needs correcting.

We Contact Your Current Carrier

KrispCall submits the port request to your losing carrier and manages all communication on your behalf. There is a series of communication back and forth between KrispCall and the current carrier. This step typically takes up to 7 days.

Your Carrier Makes a Decision

Your current provider approves the port or flags a correction. If rejected, we'll tell you exactly what to fix, usually a simple detail mismatch. Most issues resolve in one round.

Port Confirmed, You're Live

Once approved, you'll get your porting date by email. It might take 3-4 weeks at most to complete the porting of your phone number to KrispCall. Your number transfers on that date, with a temporary number active until then, so calls never stop.
