Integrate Freshservice With KrispCall easily with our guide
Log in to the KrispCall account
Sign in to your KrispCall account and navigate to the “Settings.”
Go to Settings
Click on “Integrations” under App Settings. Search Freshservice from the available list of CRMs and automation tools.
Connect Freshservice with KrispCall
Click on the “Connect” button to integrate Freshservice. A pop-up window will appear asking for Freshservice URL, Email, API Key, and Link Name.
Retrieve Freshservice's necessary details
Log in to Freshservice and navigate to Admin > Agent > Agent Profile > Permissions. Navigate to “Profile Settings” to get the API key. And for Link Name, copy only the subdomain part of your Freshservice URL.
Enter API, Email, and Link Name and Connect
Copy the API key, email, and Link Name from Freshservice, paste them into the KrispCall pop-up, and click “Connect Now.” A confirmation message will appear, and Freshservice will be listed under active integrations.
