Click on the “Connect” button to integrate Greenhouse. A pop-up window will appear asking for the Greenhouse URL.

Retrieve Greenhouse API details

Log in to your Greenhouse account and go to API, and select “API Credentials.” Click “Create new API credentials,” complete the form, and choose “select all” under Manage Permission.

Enter API Details and Connect

Copy the API key and your email from Greenhouse, paste them into the KrispCall pop-up, and click “Connect Now.” A confirmation message will appear, and Greenhouse will be listed under active integrations.
