This extension integrates directly with Intercom, allowing users to make calls without leaving the platform, improving workflow efficiency and communication.

Click-to-call
One of the best features you get with KrispCall and Intercom integration is the click-to-call feature. This feature lets you initiate calls directly from the Intercom interface with a single mouse click or hotkey. You don’t need to manually dial the numbers for each call and switch between platform and window to make a call.
Not only that, but your agents will also have access to other call management features during the calls. They can add call notes, transfer calls to other suitable departments or agents, record calls for future use, and many more while staying organized in their conversations.
Click-to-SMS
With the KrispCall and Intercom integration, you can send and receive messages directly from the Intercom dashboard. This feature enables you to handle customer interactions more efficiently and provide proactive support without leaving Intercom.
This also simplifies messaging by allowing you to manage everything in one place without needing to switch between apps. Furthermore, each message is instantly logged into both platforms, providing a complete record of all SMS conversations in one place.
Contact and Activities Sync
The contact sync feature lets you create new contacts in Intercom that will automatically sync to your KrispCall contacts. This means your contact details stay consistent in both systems. If you update a contact in KrispCall, it’ll automatically update in Intercom and the other way around.
In addition to contact details, other activities, such as chats, voicemails, and call recordings, that took place within specific contacts are automatically synced between these two apps as well. This syncing ensures your business tools have the latest information, which is crucial for maintaining good customer relations and making smart decisions.
Automatic Logging of Inbound & Outbound Calls
Another noteworthy feature is the automatic logging of inbound and outbound calls. This feature automatically logs all details for both incoming and outgoing calls in the Intercom. As a result, agents will see all customers’ past interactions.

Integrate Intercom With KrispCall Easily With Our Guide
Sign in to KrispCall
Access your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings to begin the integration.
Open the Integration Menu and select Intercom
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations under App Settings to continue and find Intercom in the list for integration.
Authorize the Integration
A pop-up will appear asking for authorization. Click Authorize Access to grant permission.
Access and Customize Integration Settings
Adjust the general workflow, connected numbers, and advanced settings as needed for seamless operation.
