Integrate Creatio with KrispCall Easily With Our Guide
Access KrispCall Settings
Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings. Under the App Settings section, click on Integrations to view all available integration options.
Connect to Creatio
On the Integrations page, search for Creatio and click the Connect button. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your Creatio credentials.
Retrieve Your Creatio Credentials
Log in to your Creatio account and navigate to Settings. Search for OAuth 2.0 Integrated Applications, click New, and select the authorization option to generate your Client ID and Client Secret Key.
Enter Your Credentials
Return to the KrispCall pop-up window and enter your Creatio Username, Client ID, Client Secret Key, URL, and Site ID. Ensure all details match your Creatio account exactly before proceeding.
Complete the Integration
Click Submit to finalize the connection. Once successful, Creatio will appear under your Active Integrations in KrispCall, and your two platforms will be ready to use.
