What are your unconditional 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee policies for the paid plans?

You get a 15-day free trial period while registering to KrispCall. Our trial subscription gives you access to the Standard Plan with an entire cloud telephony feature set. You get one virtual number with free $1 credit during the trial to try our telephony services. Once the trial period is over, you will be charged for the Standard Plan package.

You also have the option to upgrade to any of our subscription plans during the trial period. Once you have done that, you can add credits and agents as required and use KrispCall to the fullest.

If you want to discontinue within the trial period, you can cancel your account right away. There won’t be any complications. In case you have already paid for the service but would like to opt-out using it then you can terminate your subscription plan. In that case, we guarantee you a full refund on whatever plan you had chosen.

Our Refund or Money-Back Guarantee policy is valid only if you unsubscribe within 14 days of purchase. You need to contact KrispCall’s support team and notify us about terminating your contract. Once we are notified, we will cancel your subscription and refund the service charges as soon as possible.

We accept the following payment options:

  • Stripe (Credit Cards)
  • PayPal

It depends on the package you have chosen.

For our Essential Plan, you will need to pay $15 per agent that you have added.

You can add only ten agents if you are subscribed to our Essential Plan. You can upgrade to our Standard and Essential plans if you need more than ten agents in your workspace.

For our Standard plan, you will need to pay $40 per agent added.

For our Enterprise plan, there is no rate scheme while adding an extra agent. You will need to talk to our sales team and negotiate about the pricing. Depending on the number of agents you would like to add, we will manage the package at a reasonable price.

You can add any number of agents with our Standard and Enterprise plan. But note that only admins are allowed to add members to the workspace. The agents will get full access to all the features of the respective plans.

Canceling your subscription plan is fast and hassle-free. You can find the Cancel Subscription option in the Billing & Plans tab inside the Setting Menu.

After the cancelation, you will no longer be charged for our services. But you can keep using our services until your subscription expires.

After the expiry, you won’t be able to access any of the features in our software. Also, you will lose the contact details of all of your connections as well as recorded conversations and text messages.

In addition to that, you will lose all your credit balance on your account.

Since this process is irreversible, you may want to reconsider before cancelation. You can spend all the credits in your account and create a data backup once you are done.

After your cancellation, other users will be able to purchase your number. So if you have already done your branding with that number, you may have to give the cancellation a second thought.

If the cancellation is temporary, you can talk to us and inform us about it. In that case, we will halt your services for the period you promised and resume them again once the period is over. But if you are canceling the subscription permanently but willing to keep the number, porting the number to a traditional telephony system would be the best idea.

You will receive an invoice in your email each time:

  • You add a new member to your workspace
  • Purchase a new number
  • Add credit to your account

If you are interested in viewing the conversational charges or other credit expenses, you can go to Settings > Billing & Plans > Receipts. Check or download your expenditure report using the download button alongside the respective receipt. This feature is exclusively available to the admins.

We have a soft spot for non-profit organizations, so we provide discounts on our services whenever they subscribe to us. But to confirm that the organization is genuinely non-profit, we will ask for some documents beforehand. To know more about the procedure, required documents, and discount rate, you better contact our sales team.

Yes, you can book a demo with us. We offer a 15-day free trial to interested customers. You will get a virtual number and $1 credit to make calls, send SMS and voicemail during this period.
