How to integrate Zapier Account with KrispCall (From Zapier)?
Step 1: Log in to your Zapier account.
Step 2: Click the Create Zap button located in the left sidebar.
Step 3: In doing so, a new window opens up where you can set actions and triggers.
Step 4: Click on the Trigger or the Action button depending on how you want to use KrispCall for your needs.
Step 5: Search for KrispCall in the search box and select the one that says KrispCall Beta in the search results.
Step 6: Choose an event to set a trigger from the given set of options and click on Continue.
Step 7: Once the event is set, connect your KrispCall account by clicking the Sign In button.
Step 8: For first-time integration, Zapier asks for access to your KrispCall account. For that, you’d have to provide KrispCall’s API Key and Secret Key.
Step 9: To get/generate the API key and Secret Key, go to Settings in the KrispCall App and click on the Developer option under App Settings. You can click on the Copy button next to the keys to copy the keys.
Step 10: Use the API Key and Secret Key generated in Zapier. Once you are done, click on the Yes, Continue to KrispCall button.
Step 11: Once your account is connected, you will see a green tick next to Account, as shown in the image below.
Step 12: Once your KrispCall account is connected for an action/trigger, click on the Trigger/Action button, select an app from the list of options, and set parameters to create your Zap.

How to Integrate Zapier Account with KrispCall (From KrispCall)?
Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and Go to Settings.
Step 2: In the Settings menu, you’ll find Integrations under App Settings. Click on it.
Step 3: Clicking this will bring up a list of business tools and CRM software you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with Zapier, click on the Connect → button just below Zapier.
Step 4: Clicking on Connect → button opens a new window asking you to sign up or log in to the Zapier account you want to integrate with KrispCall.
